I joined a realty last year March 2011. Mao to akong first encounter kung unsa ang real estate ug unsa ang potential nya. Basically, what we do is online marketing mao naganahan ko mojoin kay actually shy type manko nga person gd..hehehe..At first, lisod jd ui dli lalim kay nursing gd akong nahuman then lahi ni nga field akong nasudlan. Luckily, after 3 weeks of joining Real Estate kay naka-jackpot ko ug client nga spot cash buyer ug house and lot mao to akong start nga nagka-sunod2x ang swerte. Ang nakanice man gd kay online marketing rami ug dli pareha sa uban nga mag-cge ug exhibit sa SM, Ayala or any malls but effective pd bya na pero di jd effective para nako. Magkita rami sa buyer namu kung moreserve na or magclose deal nami mao wala pd kaayo gasto mao nanambok pd ko..hahaha..

I love Real Estate as in!.. After 8 months nako sa Real Estate wala sa panghambog kay nakatigom jd pd ko ug nakabuy ug big bike and a piece of residential lot sa among province. Below is my big bike (gift nako na sa akong self sa akong hardwork sa real estate)






Naa pd ko mga future plans nga dili lang mosettle nga ma-remain as agent. Im planning to take a broker's exam and hopefully if God's will kay magtukod pd ug own Real Estate Company nga mo-cater ug low cost to mid end properties.

The opportunity is great for agents/brokers and investors. Everybody is winning.

Yes its true but naa new karun nga naay mahitabo nga real estate bubble if and when ang mga developers will continue to build high end subd kay mahitabo ana walay mopalit. What we need now kay mga low cost housing nga mocater jd sa mga needs sa tao ron..This is my long term goal jd nga madeveloper someday. Hinay2x pa lang ko kat-on for now regarding construction kay kung sa sales wala naman problema..hehehe

Tanan man boss basta regarding real estate basta walay limit. From house and lot to condos and even lot only or rentals nagmarket man mi ana mao di jd impossible nga mohalin mi..I think what is important jd basta naa ka sa sales kay determination ug imong motivation how to continue in sales kay daghan man mo-join but after pila ka weeks or months mogive-up dayon. Like any other business or any field basta quitter ka di jd ka modaug..
