My two cents:
Kamao si Tomas. He knows the ins and outs of Philippine politics and Pinoy psychology. I'm sure he takes, but as far as I know, he's not greedy.
But in a perfect world, we should not tolerate anyone who takes.

As for his health concerns, ever heard of insurance (government and personal) right?
Back-and-forth plane fair to the US only costs 1,200-2000 via Korean airlines which I can say if quite affordable.
The big problem for US travelers are: no car/transportation and no place to stay. I think tom has both as well.

anyway, am not hating either of them. in fact, i like them both when they were working together. sadly, ingun ana man gyud na ang politics. there are no permanent friends or enemies, but permanent interests!

OT: ang sayup lang jud ni mike rama ngano wala siya kakuha sa LP nomination for cebu city coz wala siya effort to get the nomination, ga huwat ra sa official statement from mar roxas. worse, diha pa nilihok kadtong nang namalita si tomas nga naa niya ang LP nomination, while tomas went to manila to get the LP nomination certificate and hagbay raman siya ni convince ni mar roxas and perhaps late jesse robredo to have the LP nomination.

perhaps yes, mike rama is LP member based on paper lang but not really on action baya. as evident being more of gwen garcia ally, and criticized Pnoy for the CJ Corona impeachment.
