Still no more salary news ?

Lighthouse IP Group and Lighthouse Software Cebu Inc did not pay the remaining salaries for + 480 employees in Cebu. We are waiting since July 30, 2012. Is this Willem and Christa their human approach?

Willem Geert Lagemaat and Christa Deinum married in March 2012, did they maybe use all the company cash-flow and our salaries for the wedding or do they think our salaries are their wedding present?

Promises for payment we had enough, we still did not receive our salaries, there is only one word for; DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR beyond any rules of humanity, also in the Netherlands where the Lighthouse HQ is this can't be normal.

A new COO, Luc Pierlé joined in June 2012, he left the company already in this situation where Willem Geert Lagemaat and Christa Deinum refuse to pay, what makes management of the company Lighthouse IP Group impossible.

Where are our salaries, more than 2 months toooooooooooooo late. Is this normal in the Netherlands ?????????????


Christa Deinum has been working in the IP industry for numerous years. She studied Business Development, Politics and Management at the Haagse Hogeschool in The Netherlands. Before her adventure in the Intellectual Property industry she worked in several different business areas which brought her a broad range of experience. Next to working for a law firm she managed a job agency for some time.


Christa Deinum started her career in the IP business about 7 years ago when she worked as a sales executive for Univentio. When the company was acquired by a division of Reed Elsevier, she stayed there for about half a year. At that time Christa Deinum already knew she would prefer to work more independent and so she started Scipat together with a former colleague. Then Willem Geert Lagemaat, CEO of Lighthouse IP Group, asked Christa Deinum to help him with the setup of Lighthouse in Chengdu, because of her extensive experience with Human Resources Management. She agreed to do so and stayed in Chengdu during the whole setup of the company there. Since then the company has been growing ever since!

I really don't know who you are or what your motives are but I would just like to tell you, since I feel that you are an educated person, to stop these childish acts. It's really tiring and it's going nowhere. All I am seeing is that people are acting like a child, trash-talking, worrying and getting paranoid over senseless things. Yes, I feel you guys. I know what it feels like to be deprived of what we are supposed to have. I myself, came from a poor family. I know that you have mouths to feed and that you are in need of money and that you were being treated so unfairly. But please, let's all try to stay calm and use a more professional and humane approach.
