yes, return/refund policy if the item is proven to be defective....refund is the last resort if there is no same-item....

Before ka mag yaw2x. Please do read the 72hrs return and exchange policy. You only know that there is one, but you really don't know what the policy is about. As what they said, they will only exchange the product if it is defective or given wrong by the staff.

and also ako gi ask ilang refund policy sa ilang main office ... sugot man lagi nga ilisan ... wa man daghan etseburetche as long as wa pay 72 hrs.

its just a matter of telling them nga di mao ang napalit nga size.

and siguro if they put refund policy ... ibutang nga change of mind is not allowed or if you bought the wrong size ... its not allowed to be change to a bigger or smaller one. Maypa butang na nila sa ilang bungbong or sa ila pultahan para makabasa daan ang mga mopalit.
