same tactics in approving/disapproving a bill when someone who is against it is showing significant evidence bash him on the floor using their power as head and leader until their pateince or alloted time for their speech is over. never wonder some significant bills that they are oppoesed to takes till never to be approve or reach final decision to pass it.
