TS, historically the Chinese have plenty experience in warfare.

The Chinese were fighting in their homeland and places in Indochina like Burma during the SWW (They were actually fighting the Japanese even before WWII started in Manchuria in the 1930's). After that they had their Civil War where Mao Zedong's commies won against Chiang Kai-shek's Kuomintang (his regime fled to what is now Taiwan). If you look at history, the Chinese were also in the Korean war in the 1950's and drove back the U.N. for miles, hence we have to this day, the 38th Parallel. Then China fought against Vietnam in the 1970's after the Americans left. I believe they have more experience in modern warfare than the Japanese for the past years.

And since the Japanese were under treaty for their actions in WWII they have not fought since, so we'll never know what the outcome will be like if they should ever fight one-on-one which i think will not happen.

I'm pretty sure if it was just between both of them, in an all-out war, without anybody's hands tied behind them (maybe from international sanctions) China would most likely overrun the Japanese.

The battle between quantity versus quality.

Correct if i'm wrong, pero murag wala pa man nay gyerang nadag-an ang China... Opium War, Sino Japanese War, Chinese invasion of Vietnam, Border Skirmish with USSR... Igo ra mang bully...

Even in our first engagement against China during Korea, 900 Filipinos took on 40,000 Chinese, we lost 24 they lost 500, and we never retreated even a single inch...

No doubts about the bravery of PEFTOK soldiers, but ChiCom tactics during the Korean war would explain their high casualties. Sa term pa, 'charge-to-experience' and them being involved in many modern conflicts still guarantee experience. So a one-on-one with Japan today would be costly and deadly for Japan, I believe.

The Chinese general likes to talk war, however his forces have very little experience of it. The military in China operate more like prison guards keeping the population in check and oppressing the minorities. They have some shiny new toys which they are eager to play with, but their navy still isn't a big threat to the allies and Japan while outnumbered has a strategic alliance and hosts a major US base close to the disputed area.

    ang pagsabot nako is this:

after WWII, Japan is made into a non-aggressive country as part of their terms of surrender BUT required ang USA mo defend nila if naay war. Mao puro ra sila defensive capabilities and walay offensive forces.

    sakto ba?
