TS, historically the Chinese have plenty experience in warfare.
The Chinese were fighting in their homeland and places in Indochina like Burma during the SWW (They were actually fighting the Japanese even before WWII started in Manchuria in the 1930's). After that they had their Civil War where Mao Zedong's commies won against Chiang Kai-shek's Kuomintang (his regime fled to what is now Taiwan). If you look at history, the Chinese were also in the Korean war in the 1950's and drove back the U.N. for miles, hence we have to this day, the 38th Parallel. Then China fought against Vietnam in the 1970's after the Americans left. I believe they have more experience in modern warfare than the Japanese for the past years.
And since the Japanese were under treaty for their actions in WWII they have not fought since, so we'll never know what the outcome will be like if they should ever fight one-on-one which i think will not happen.
