Almost the same as last year's. No wonder the supposedly improving economy is not felt at all by the majority. Those Underemployed increased to 22.7% (up from 19.1% in 2011). The unemployed and underemployed total nearly 29.7% in 2012 against 28.2% for 2011, meaning there's more wanting improvement in their status now than before.

This being said, how can the administration and their financial gurus proudly say the economy is improving? Where are the promised investments and jobs?
