if banking and finance imong account, are u expecting the client will give u extra money, aside from your salary, coz you are their agent?

I've given the record na na ER ako, but need pa ung sa Gastro ko na permit and he wants gastroscopy and ultrasound so di covered ng intellicare. I went to the clinic to ask nalang sa physician if she can give me a certificate pero ayaw nya. Sabi nya wala daw akong record pero pag sinasabihan ko sg ng medical history ko nagtitext lg xa and then if mag pause ako sabi nya na marami pa daw naghihintay sa consultation and we're not going anywhere. kakainis! paglabas ko wala namang ibang patient.. gusto k nlg mag resign coz walang kwenta if i'll stay and they can't give me work coz I don't have any fit to work pass...
@ Krazelle- ask help from your site's Employee Relations Officers about your unusual scenario.
"The doctor will not give me any certificate unless I'll undergo diagnostic exams na hindi covered nang insurance" - Dli ba covered pre-existing conditions for new hires? My understanding is it's covered, including procedures like endoscopy, colonoscopy just to name some.

its JUST a med cert. tell the doctor you need a med cert not any other churvabels. why would you need gastroscopy and ultrasound to get a medcert if you were indeed in the ER/hospital?
dont go to a clinic or doctor na wala ka naman palang record.lol dun ka maghanap ng medcert sa ER/hospital na pinuntahan mo or sa doctor na tumingin sayo. syempre di ka bibigyan ng ibang doctor ng medcert unless magbayad ka for a consultation etc. the best thing you need to do is go to cvg clinic and ask specific items na kelangan mong kunin or ipass.
ewan ko ha, pero mas naconfuse ako lalo. siguro kasi tagalog na conversation.lol
hahaha! pero mahirap talga kumuha kasi they wont give out the med cert coz in the ER they said I have to go to the Gastro specialist first and the specialist said I need to do diagnostic exams.. i think its protocol for the doctors that before they make a decision they need to confirm first what's in my stomach so that they'll avoid malpractice..
with regards to the clinic, I'm a trainee and I'm new so they still can't find my record, only my intellicare account number.. that is why I'm telling the doctor my medical history in which she is clearly not that interested.. I went to the clinic already and the nurse told me that its either I get a medical cert from the company physician (who won't help me) or to my specialist (who wants a diagnostic exam)...
So its very complicated and I am as well confused with the process.. hayyyyyzzzzz...
