Mouse turning off and on randomly

Its very annoying especially when your in the middle of doing something suddenly your mouse turns off maybe 10 seconds and on again. I already changed the mouse from ps 2 to usb. Tested the mice in another computer with no problem. Even bought usb to ps2 adaptor, still the problem persist. OS is Windows XP SP3. Any kind hearted istoryan who knows how to fix this kind of problem or had encountered and fixed this problem, please share....

naka suway na gyud ko ani, using walay brand na mouse = ang akong solution kay CHANGE NEW known branded mouse

naiilisan na sad nko altho puro genius ang brand, first ps2 brandnew, sunud usb na sad bag o ghapon, pro mao lang ghapon

dili kaha na sa imo surface, or dili kaha na imo PSU is making too much noise I mean dili na stable regulated 5Volts,

echeck daw na sa BIOS imo mga voltage, murag duda nko sa imo PSU, either taas or ubos na sa tolerance...

changed mouse pad so far its doing fine. Ilisan ghapon nko ning psu eventually. Asa dapit na tan awon sa bios ang mga voltage? Anyway, tnx Vino Kid.....
