Who runs the finances best? the Husband or Wife you asked? It depends on both of them if the wife works does she puts her paycheck with her husband and then pay whatever they need to pay. If one or the other is a big spender than he/she will never be able to come out of debt until they both go on a budget, and write down what needs to be paid when and how much in each bill. This arrangement has to be decided by both of the couple, I am pretty sure that both will be able to handle your money if they both put their heads together...

OR i may SAY:

The person who runs the finances in the house best is the person better at budgeting...person who is of course better with numbers but they need to both come up with a plan and work together...Whoever is fiscally more responsible! Period.
