one of the reaosn why i don't like to apply on a company as ESL teacher/tutor because of the contracts...mao ng individual ra jud koh...then mka.buot2x pa ka u i.teach...hehehehe...then nice pud ang pay...then dali ra pud ka kita ug next i.tutor coz they (student) will just endorse you next prospect...kk.

asa man ka maka kita ug students na one-one? gae sad ko idea beh wanna have thatkind of job... I've been working as ESL Teacher sa Emo though thankfully okay ra ang ako mga students but the managementlang ako problema kai dili mao ang salary na naka butang sa contract well part time ra nuon to 1month then they ask if pwede ko mu extend for 15-20 days due to teachers are resigning because of the management...
