    I would agree mas maayo pa ipa-lease nang mga kampo sa AFP nga wala gigamit according sa ila mandate..

    To cite an example, I want you to visit Camp Aguinaldo and you will know what i mean...

    there is this thing called base conversion program, it was supposed to fund the modernization during ramos times, mao nang the fort... apparently it was somewhat missing in action...

    Ang base conversion on my opinion is profittable lang sa mga Urban Areas, most camps sa mga sundalo kay naa man sa mga lagyo na bukid.... kinsa man nahan magtukod ug business dd2...

    camp aguinaldo has a huge unused space... but i wouldn't like to bet on those, remember what happened to the bonifacio-camp deal what ever happened to the payouts?
