Sure the West considers a whole host of factors including the world supply of oil and their motives are not always above question, but you don't see Russia or China offering any type of assistance to people who are being crushed for seeking representation, just the same old stalling tactics and diplomatic sabotage designed to keep the status quo whatever the human cost. Libya - Abstaining is not the same as veto. No vote... no voice. Gaddafi was clearly insane, even the gruesome twosome of China & Russia could recognize that. The no-fly zone was legal.... and effective.

Syria - Russia very obviously supports the Syrian regime because of the strategic importance of their naval base. China is blocking action because they are birds of a feather... Tienanmen Square??

Close minded pricks! I know couple of good Muslims, my father too; has trust worthy Muslim friends/co-workers. But news like this, the world can't help but stereotype.
