Why do some profiles have no "ADD FRIEND" option?

Newbie and Junior walay Add as Friend.
Even if you add them manually in your Profile wala sila'y madawat nga notice.
You can only add them as Contacts.

Senior Members and up pwede Add as Friend.

Senior status rman na tingali mogawas ang add a friend option. Sa juniors dli mana available.

i think he's right..i guess i just need to wait to become a senior member in order to add friends..
