It took them 5 weeks to respond to my application. When i was hired, nako po 100 lang yong allowance. The salary is very low. I would say the lowest salary offer of all call centers. I still tried to stay kasi nga gumastos na ako at jobless ako. 1st year college lang ako at hindi pa taga rito so mahirap talaga maghanap ng trabaho. I was talking to other call center agents, they were also complaining the same thing. The campaigns are not good, most of my x workmates wala nang trabaho dahil na dissolve yong mga campaigns.
Lowest salary offer + Bad Campaigns + no security of the job= LCI Solutions Inc.
I would say LCI Solution Inc. is the worst call center iv'e applied. I am working now sa epeformax...
