You said it yourself bro. "Hack" meaning "To modify a program, often in an unauthorized manner, by changing the code itself."

Stereotyping mana imo bro.

Nganong dili nalang i-permanent block? Unya nganong naa may paagi para ma-unblock? Pasabot ba ginatugtan mi?

Sa globe, wala jud ko kabaw sa exact ways para pag-unblock. Pero as far as i know, musubscribe ni sila sa promos. Makonsider ba ni nga di illegal, since nagbayad man?

True that it is done often in an unauthorized manner. Where does your hacking style fall? Authorized manner or not? And when I say authorized, I meant authorized by these telcos.[/QUOTE]

Tubag? wala mo gitugotan ana kasimple. Ka-impossible pd kaayo iblock inyo sim kng sa sakto lng nga serbisyo gigamit. Giblock gani mo kay wala na sa terms and conditions on service usage, unsa na lng kaha ng sim unblocker ninyo. Samot na ka illegal.

Been reading page 1 up to this page... great discussion but I guess daghan naglibog sa "free internet". There's no such thing as "free internet" since we get it from ISP (as the name entails) and we pay for it. Basically walay ISP nga nag offer ug "free internet" all through out kay yabo ang negosyo kung ingon ana. Internet will never be free because its business.

Then niabot ang time nga nauso ang UBT/FBT -- techniques to get "free internet" in illegal way. Telcos knew this already nga this is an act of cheating because its unfair to people who paid right for their internet service yet there are some people who used their wisdom to bypass their infrastructure just to get "free internet". As we all noticed, gihinay2 nani nilag block ang mga UBT/FBT and they constantly monitoring this. So we can conclude nga internally they prohibited these kind of techniques pero not really creates an impact to them nga magkinahanglan na silag immediate action not unless gigamit na ug negosyo sa uban just like anang mga nag offer ug lifetime internet usage for pila ka thousands just like this https://www.istorya.net/forums/networ...y-hilakay.html. For free VPNs dili pa ni sila strict ani but eventually they will police these kind of business in the future if these will transform into a full-blown paid service unya mawagtangan or makuhaan na ilang mga customers or sales.

Balikon nako, there's no such thing as "free internet" kay kung free pa lang, why would people take time to look for system weaknesses/loopholes just to get it? why it is called a technique? Naa nuoy internet for free which is a limited free internet access nga ma avail nimo sa mga promos. Another example kay those establishments nag offer ug free wifi para pang attract ug customers but owners paid for it (wifi).

AFAIK, walay gyuy naka answer sa questions 1 & 2 ni YJOB. I suggest that mods will set a time for users to respond. If walay maka answer with support evidences, then that means nga these free internet are illegal. Or worst, mo ask si YJOB or the admins direct from telcos.

I rest my case and submit to the honorable admins/mods in deciding what action to take.

Balik balik na ang discussion. Naay pangutana, ang itubag, willing mo-donate ug 1K. Naay sensible argument, tubagon ug senseless post. Naay documented reference, molagpot sa mars. Naay open forum nga thread, didto sa pikas magyawyaw kay pabor sa ila tanan viewers. Dili daw illegal, pero naay sim unblocking tool.

Thanks mods for creating this thread. It gave both sides an avenue to vent out their ideas.
