Clockwork Orange by the legendary Kubrick.. while the violence isn't as gratuitous as others its truly shocking, the final closing scene is itself brutal and disturbing.
Hostel - really terrifying and downright disturbing. Not for the weak of heart
SAW trilogy - the trailers alone violent na, unsa pa ang movie
