1) JOB creation. Hire their parents as parking aids or metro aid, public cleaners (kanang molimpyo sa rivers etc.).TRAIN them first ha. then if mobalik gani sa dan, dakop ang ginikanan.

you dont get the point most people keeps complaining, pro-activeness is like this, you see a problem in your area, you go to the one incharge find the reason for the issue, then ask what can you do...

oh well, this has been the plight of our political system for generations.. it only needs people who will stand to what they believe in... again, those strings usually hinder a politician from flying..
