Yep. You read that right. This is the new iteration of the iconic NSX. And it is about time. Though still at its concept stages, there is no doubt that they will do everything to make this concept car a reality. In fact, it is purported that this baby will debut in some kind of a race. LeMans 24 or the Grand AM, I really don't know and I don't care as long as this futuristic looking baby is put into production.
Like what you're seeing so far? I do. I really dig the tail lamps' design. Well, wait till you see the rest of the car. Your mouth will be agape with drool running along the corners of your mouth.
Ready? Brace yourselves...
Just look at those lines! Though I must say, it's kinda Audi-looking with the side-view. But that's the only similarity that you can find. I think this is because the law of aerodynamics favor this design as almost every other supercar exhibit the same similarity.
This last photo almost made my pants drop. Though I'm not particularly taken with the huge silver thingy up front but that's all. Everything in the car's design is menacing. And I am sure that it is just as brutal with its performance.
I could die after owning one. Well, after I have enjoyed the car that is.
One question though, why Acura? NSX before was produced by Honda right? I know they're just the same company but they don't offer the same in terms of price. The Acura branding would mean that the price of this baby would be through the roof. Why not brand it Honda like its older brother? Besides, the performance bits slapped into this car is made by Honda Performance Development.
