How can traffic enforcers "enforce" traffic if they don't know what they are doing Just recently, they closed the access to IT Park from Banilad which worsened traffic. After a week, they reverted back to the original route. It's like a trial and error for them, which is good to try to decongest taffic in the city. However, It confuses the drivers more.

sa ako man gud nga nahibaw-an, solid yellow line means the lane on the left side is going in the opposite direction.
nasayop ang DPWH o sayop akong sabut sa ilang pagpintal ug solid yellow line on the same lane?

sa ako pud nga nahibaw-an, solid white line means no overtaking/swerving/changing of lanes...vehicles on the left side of the solid white line are going in the same direction with the vehicles on the right side of the solid white line.
