mga sirs ug mga mam, first of all wala koy reklamo watsoever sa qual, in fact im thankful kay qual gave me a chance to work. akong issue is now nga na endorse nako, i dont feel that its working out for me. i mean the pay is good, the trainers are super understanding, the people are very warm hearted but i realized nga dili para nako ang call center. i mean dili ang company naa prob kundi ako... i always excel sa ako cors but sa call center i dont. ganahan nako mo resign, can anybody please tell me how many days ang effectivity sa resignation? and how does it work? thanks mga bros and mga sis sa qual. good pm guys

OMG!!!!!! kadugay pagud diay!! waaaaa naa ta raba ko plan mo review sa akong cors nalang next week kay di jud para ako ang call center... ... pa terminate nalang ko ani which is better AWOL or TERMINATE hahahaha unsay consequence ana mga sirs ug mam sa akong COE hehehe or pa autofail nalang hehe

Resign nalang nya health reasons ang i.reason para pwede immediate imo resignation... Ingna nga being in the graveyard shift is greatly affecting your health...

OPINION and thoughts sa existing problem -- wow as i said.. your no longer a Q why bother? unless naa pa ang kasakit nimo sa imong past..

and yeah.. live with it (still) .. taod2x naman kaha ang Q inun-ana.. clearly not your problem anymore.. mura man pud ug gibuwagan ka ug uyab sa Q brad? kaluoy pud nimo oi. walay labot ang Q ana.

Qualfon is not for me.. correct! coz when i applied, i was neglected. unlike you who have a good background and exprience with the company and until now dili maka move on... yaks! nakakadiri!

Dili man madelay ang sweldo.... in a sense that the next day madawat. Ang madelay diri kay everything else.

Tanan descripancies sa pay. Asta ang pagresign nimo nga last pay. Hehehehehe.
