Update but i don't know if this is true ha.. but according to my HS classmate who was working on LGU.. the 4% tax deduct by AMAN which if you withdraw your investment would be for the Mayor of Pagadian City.. maona'y sulti nya nako. so if that means, involved gyud diay ang mga LGU's ani AMAN?hahaha! kinsa pwede mka verified ani?
