huh ? ! ? Mao diay na ang gitawag og "Credit Card Offline Transaction" sa inyoha.
Wala diay ko kasabot sa imo question...

Mao siguro ni ang daku nga difference between Hotels and Serviced Apartments.

Sa amoa, if you sign for 1 month (min. stay na), you stay or pay for 1 month. You can check-out anytime you want, basta bayad ka according to what you have signed-up for (except for extensions). Rent deposits will be refunded with 14 days from check-out date.

    For us it's simple.

CA's are booked by company thru their representatives or HR's, most especially, premium clients na namo.
...on any instances, we listen to the guests but we always talk the HR's kay ang company baya ang mobayad sa tanan.

PA's are booked by individual persons.
...if they'll claim to be under CA's, I would ask them to call the company HR on the spot to settle the issue dayon. If dili katawag nako ang ila HR, then i will give it to the guest under a personal account. Kung dili siya, dili pod ko. No payment, no apartment. ..bye-bye...

Things must be made clear on the first day of the guest's stay with us.

Ingon pa sa amo Operations Manager diri, : "no money, no talk"

You mean on-the-spot Physical differences? It's hard to tell.

Pero pwede nimo basahon quickly ang fine prints at the back of the card.
If it's a debit card, you MAY be able to see the words "... debit card agreement..." or somethin'.
Kung wala siya ang nga words, taas ang chance nga credit card na.
Di lang ko sure kung tanan nga debit cards naa ba'y ingon ani. But the one im holding right now, naa.

Beyond the physical differences, i think kahibaw na ta kung unsa.
