Do I have HIV?

Hello,

I have been reading a lot about HIV and I gained sufficient knowledge about it. I've learned that unprotected oral *** (receiving) is not a risk. I am more likely to get struck by lightning than get HIV through unprotected oral ***. Protected vaginal *** is however completely safe given that the condom was worn and used properly and did not break. So virtually, my risk was close to 0%.

The only reason why I'm fearing this is because the symptoms seem too coincidental. However, they don't fit with acute HIV infection symptoms which are fever, headache, fatigue, sore throat, swollen lymphs and rashes (all of which occur all at the same time).

So far these were what I had:
> low grade fever 10 days post the event (lasted 2-3 days)
> some rashes but they have always been there sukad pa, katol and regional (HIV rash are generalized and not itchy)
> i did have diarrhea after the fever and it was on and off and lasted for over 3 weeks

I went to a specialist and all blood results are within normal range. I had colonoscopy and biopsy performed on me because the diarrhea was on and off for 3 weeks. Doctor found a slight swelling in my colon and internal hemorrhoid but said that these were less likely to have caused the diarrhea. I'm on antibiotics now and so far my bowel movements have been back to normal. Although I'm not really sure what caused the diarrhea.

I will definitely get a test at 3-month mark, so that it'd be conclusive and would go through the agony only once. I really hope that it turns out negative. I did have unprotected *** with my girlfriend 2 days after the said event (at this time, HIV-scare never occurred to me yet) and so far she's not experiencing any symptoms yet. I hope this is a good sign. I kept feeling my nodes, I don't feel any noticeable lump but they did however got sore because of constantly feeling them.

Guys, please let this be a lesson to everyone as it was (and still is) for me. And to those not-so-good comments, I'm happy that you don't have to go through all these fears and anxiety that I went through. Good luck and may you all have peace in your minds.

I THINK THE BEST WAY FOR YOU TO THAT IS TO SEEK THE ADVISE OF THE PHYSICIAN WHO ARE EXPERT ON THAT..... it's a serious case, mere asking for other people's opinion won't help you if you'll not take actions to ratify such..:0

1. HIV is hard to transmit thru saliva. It would take many gallons of saliva for an HIV infected person to transmit the disease. So I ruled out nga matakdan ka ug HIV thru bl0wjobs. Even Hepatitis B (same as deadly with HIV), dili ka matakdan thru kissing.

2. Ingon akong amigo nga doctor, naa kuno ni sa ilang Medical Journal, I don't know if reliable ba to trust it but at least makapa relieved ni nimo. Rare kuno ka ma takdan ug HIV if naka unprotected s3x ka with an infected person for only once. ..

3. It's possible another type of STD na imoha. Pero ayaw pod palabi kompyansa, kay bisan dili makamatay, daghan na pod mga na STD nga na Sterile or Infertile.

4. Sa usa ka government hospital diri Cebu, almost 90% sa reported HIV persons sa Cebu City, are Male who are belonging to LGTB. Basta ayaw lang pamayot bro...

just have yourself checked. doesn't have to be now, maybe in a few months to have reliable results.

and to avoid paranoia, stop having *** na with prostitutes, as they surely have had *** with various partners already!
