kumusta man diri pasar ang mga nag exam og interview para data entry? wala ko kaadto para exam... gamaya ra jud diay sa chance maka sulod kay masangit sa abstract exam... my golly.

this company does not hire entry level positions, kailangan w/ experience jud ka sa imo position nga gi applyan!

just by observing the way they're hiring new people, exams first before interview, di ba?

they really want to know if u have the skills, knowledge and the capacity to perform the job, if not SAYONARA!

last thursday i took the exam and passed it all... pag-ka friday kay scheduled for interview...wala ko kapasar...hahaha... 8 interviewees including me.. ang nka-proceed sa next interview kay 6.., i noticed na ang nahabilin kay naay work experience related to BPO, kami duha nga wala ka pasar, walay experience on any field [mga newbies] lol... )
