base on what i read sa sec..they did not mention the name sa aman right away., however, it is to obvious that they are talking about aman, and that they are trying to say na wala jud na sec permit and kana pa lang is a big deal(big case)na..so if so,unsaon na mani karon? they need to answer this, they need to work on this..

Pre...go back to SEC's statement...they said na because they received complaints that some investors were defrauded and were not given back any returns to their investment...Aman is still giving their investors their returns...I really doubt that SEC is referring to Aman...prolly they were referring to the so-called Eleizer Balili's investments...

I am not saying though that is Aman is not 100% legit or that it is a Ponzi Scheme...I am not the authorities...

3. Unsa ang nature sa business dyud ngano ingon ana kadako ang returns? Kung tinood ang ilang sulti nga gi-invest sa stocks mahulog diay nga brockerage so dapat rehistrado sa PSE og SEC.
4. Maka provide ba sila ug Financial statement sa mga investor na gusto morequest?
5. Nagahatag ba sila terms and condition o written contract sa mga investors? naa man dyud na contrata.
6. Naa ko nakita diri sa forum deposit slip sa Aman. Nag engage ba ang AMAN ug banking business? if so registered ba sila sa Central Bank? Unsa ang liability ng aman in case of bankruptcy sa mga investors kay sa mga banko insured man sa PDIC up to 500K.
7. ingon ang uban nga ga-invest "sugal" daw ang ilang interpretation sa ilang investment kay tungod sa offer of retruns. Duna ba ni license to operate nga gi-issue sa City of Pagadian? Kung duna man sir...unsay nature sa registration nila? Registered ba pud sila sa DTI?
8. Since naga-issue sila og receipt pag-nagcash-out ka na og ang sulti ginakuhaan og 4% tax ang proceeds ...makapakita ba sila og proof nga nakaremit gyud sila BIR og onsay business TIN nila?

Abi gud nimo sir og siguro nakahibalo pud ka ani nga before you operate business dapat registered ka og before you receive investments dapat nakahibalo ang mo invest about your business og what are the liabilities attached diba? Kadaghanan sa nag-invest inutang ang kwarta nila so looy pud og madisgrasya diba? Since gisulti man nimo nga investor pud ka but you can answer most if not all of our questions.
