if gamay lng imu budget go for sigma 17-70mm ..u can get good photos ani na lens..all around jd kaau....
Yup. I'll go to their store to check... thanks for the advice. how much do they usually cost? any type of tripod is ok as long as it's light or carbon fiber?
I see. I didn't know that haha. I thought you needed a wide angle lens for food. my bad. which lens is good at 20k-ish mark?
Ok thanks. but I already decided on getting the 18-200m VRII.![]()
@all
I have another question; I heard the 18-200mm VR I and VR II are just about the same in functionality except for the zoom stop slider. Is it really worth it to go with the VR II? any owners here have problems with their lens creep? also, is it good to buy 2nd hand lenses?
thanks again.
I had an 18-200mm before and zoom lock is very useful when walk, shoot, walk some more then shoot again because it prevents your lens from bumping anything or being bumped when the zoom creep happens. Zoom creep can be irritating in the long run.
hahay my dream DLSR,
basta, as per online reviews nice ang combi nga D7000 + 50mm, superior ang quality sa imo portraits, okay ra sad ang 18-200 vrii for landscape, pero if ka afford ka ug wide lens, the better.
mo start tingali from 8K up, canvas2x lang

naka agi ko sa duha ka version (borrowed the VRI and a few years ago got the VRII), asa ka maka baratu okay ra... if second hand just check the lens if okay buh siya, ang main problema sa VRI ang motor sa ilang VR ang permi ma burn una kay ma bilin ug on when not needed like shooting at high speed or naka tripod.. so far sa VRII wa man problems hinu.on maintainance lang VRI or VRII will hold up for a long time. quality wise you can't really see much difference. As for the lock, personally for me gamit gud sya.. sometimes ma hassulan man gud ko if mag lakaw ko then mo kalit ra ug utog ang lens... I feel safer with it(lock) on but VRI or II at 18mm it should hold... +1 ko sa gi ingon ni scoobi
