Only the lighting effects in frostbite are better but the textures, particles, geometric elements, color depth and gamma are more visually enticing in cry engine. Maybe you havent seen DX11, Hi-Res Crysis 2..And ambient occlusion can have its disadvantages..

Take it from someone who doesnt play the game for the storyline but for the theatrical experience..
