Com'on Jack, admit it, the current administration also has its share of anomalies. It is very clear that COA is referring to 2011. If it makes you feel any better, this is not the president's fault and that is not what is being pointed out. If at all, he (and you too) should sound alarm bells and start weeding out these customs and dswd people who are ruining the mantra that is 'tuwid na daan'.
