I've been following the thread Lets see if Villa Raya Road will be closed as alledged by "Lytspr" under Real State.
I just found some of a forumer's posts to be disturbing.

Sorry if na offend tika. I was just telling Mr. Springfield to never under estimate my profession as a broker or ahente. Besides pare pareho ra ta nagpapakabuhi for a living. The worst ila pa siraan ang usa ka company without "FACT". FYI, all subdivisions in the Philippines are also using brgy road and not only camella. Check Ma. Luisa kung asa agi ang ilang mga home owners? Sa kalsada diba? ug dili through helicopter. That's simple logic. Ang ako ra, if dili mo ka AFFORD or dili mo ganahan sa usa ka developer then find somewhere else. Never downgrade the "ahente" kay kuno di mi mabuhi kong wala mi komisyon. You're lucky kay naa mo sa ABROAD and your income is being multiply by 48 times or so. Your lucky kay married mo sa foreigner kay magpanghambog mo. Mao jud ni nga mga klase nga pinoy, gusto ra ninyo kamo ra ang mabuhi. Ismolon ra ang ahente.

Hey try to think first before ka mag pinpoint. What kind of work do you do? Monthly ka? Lucky for you kay mag agad ra ka sa monthly. Hope lang ka nga di magclose ang company you are working with or dili ma bankcrupt na nga company or dili ka matangtang diha. Basta ang mga ahente wala silay monthly salary. Even if you will not buy, we can still survive because we have faith unlike sa mga pareho ninyo nga klase nga tawo. Ngano mutoo man dayon mo sa bogo nga lytslpr ana. Try to investigate for yourself. Ayaw mo too sa bogo. 1 day nalang bai.

Not that I really care, since wala man ko gina-unsa. Just found these disturbing man gud. Although dili lang siya naga-ingon ani, pero grabe na man gud maka-react maski dili kaayo sakit ang ginaingon sa uban forumers. Murag newbie pa ni siya. Can you do something about this?
