what you see is the total RAM available for the user. its for consumption of your user-installed apps.
the rest of it are used by your OS, which is android. its allocated for the system apps.

thats normal for an entry level phone.

pero bro mga naa lage 100+ out of 150mb ang usage sa ako ram pero ang naka open nako apps kay mga around less than 20mb ra jud ang total....wala pajud koy apps pa gi download pa

i-force close or stop lang.

when you are on the Running Tab, press menu. select show cached processes.
