Hi..ask lang ta ko. unsa na website or store dire sa philippines na maka.buy ta ug laptop na pwede ta makabuot sa specs? like pwede ta mu.add ug ram, graphics card and the like. thanks kaayo

Much better if you do it personally. If you're in Cebu, start sa Interpace if you're on a tight budget.

maka add siguro sa RAM pero maka buot sa graphics card, procie, etc... i doubt kung naa... hatagan lang guro kag laing brand/models nga naa ana nga option(s)...

try pc corner or cool toyz, but both of these are in manila...
