    yes. national intelligence should be out.. not even congress can have the info about intelligence.. imagine bayan muna and other communist parties reading all of those secret stuff.

    ang problema ani is if mapasar siya.. in-ana ba jud kadali ug kuha sa information? i think ang big deal ra jud ani is ang SALN sa mga dagkong tawo sa gobyerno..

    I'd love to see this Bill passed. But there are still flaws to it, or I say "unsealable holes".
    Lawmakers calls it " Personnel matters that are Exempt by Statute from Disclosure."

    One very good scenario:

    "Your 5 year old kid was killed by a Military Colonel gunfire who was engaging violently with one of his comrades. The Colonel is detained, got a court-hearing, and sentence is passed, but there are military tribunal rules that disallows civilians knowing about military punishments given to officers ( This is the FOIA law in the US, and hopefully doesn't happen in RP)." I hope Congress can override this exempt.

    Yes, this is the same exception that is often abused by Military, NBI, and PNP officials.

    ang mo babag ani nga bill for sure naay hidden agenda before eng eng eng.. this would serve as a challenge sa mga politicians to see if they really serve the people well or they just after the so called PORK BARREL thing

    I dunno if applicable ni cya.. Naa man gani transactions na lantaran kaayo ang anomalies pero nagpaka buta bungol ra gani sila ombudsman.. Pun-an pa jud ang isa ka kaso kay dugay kaayo mahuman ang processing dayon ma petition pa jud..

    kung ma pasa man gani ni nga Bill maayo.. Kai kanang mga Project sa mga Goberno ba dapat ila na butangan dira og pila ilang na gasto as in na gasto dili budget.. kai kanang ge.gahin sa Goberno na kwarta para sa usa ka project, sure gyd ko dili tanan ana na gasto gyd a2 projectka.. may lang og ginagmay nga dinagko man..

    Ge himo ng negosyo ang Politiks diri sa Pinas oe.. Maglumba daun og buhat og project (non sense pa gyd kaau ang uban ug ang uban pud kaskas ra ug kwarta useless ra kaau) faet ra oe.. Naa pay suroy2x sugbo plus pa gyd mamalit og property nga puros tubig, naunsa.. grabeha
