    I think this is related.

MANILA - The Securities and Exchange Commission warned the public against a "double your money" investment scheme of a company operating in Pagadian City.

In a notice published on its website, the regulator said the company based in Zamboanga del Sur has attracted investors "because of the representation that a P50,000 investment would generate an 'assured' 50 percent, or P50,000 yield in a month."

"The public is reminded to be over-cautious or exercise prudence in investing their money in what appears to be a high yield-high risk investment which may turn out to be a fraudulent scheme," the SEC said.

The SEC advised the public to make sure that securities offered of sale are registered with the Commission.

Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code prohibits the sale of securities without prior registration with the SEC.

Naglibog ko sa news nganong mo ingon ang SEC nga "The SEC advised the public to make sure that securities offered of sale are registered with the Commission." Ngano dili naman lang sila mo sulti if registered ba or dili?

I know and believe that most of you understand that Aman may not last that long, after all, yields that high are always considered gambling (I'm not saying scam because these kinds of yields or growths are very possible but very risky to attain) or a not so negative word, very risky.

Be smart. Instead of buying those "liabilities" such as cars and luxuries, invest your returns in Aman to other relatively safer investments or maybe use it as a capital to start businesses. The principle in money is simple, easy come easy go that means kung sayun ra ang pagsulod sa kwarta, dali ra na walaon not unless if you'll be smart. It already happened to a lot of people. When they still have their milking cow, pataka ra ug gasto and in the end, when their "sources" are gone, balik sa kalisod. Even celebrities who are earning at least millions per year end up broke kay wala namanage ug maayo ang kwarta and didn't make the most out from the opportunity that they had.

I don't want to sound "KJ" here but what I'm trying to say is that you should make the most from Aman. Since it's "good until it lasts" but dako2x man ang returns, use it wisely para tuloy2x ang pagsulod sa kwarta. Opportunities such as Aman, whether scam na or not, don't come too often. Once wala na ang Aman and you used your gains well, hayahay gihapon. Unlike most people nga pataka lang ug gasto and in the end, tanan nga gipalit nga luxuries end up ipamaligya gihapon because either di na kaya ang maintenance or the kind of lifestyle di na makaafford.

Again, just some sort of advice or suggestion guys.
It's better to be KJ and knock some sense into people than give bad advice. I think this is still bad advice. The best advice is to stay the hell away from this scam. Everyone who invests into this even for one month is an idiot. Even if they make money, they will still be failures because they are idiots and will lose that money someday on another scam. That sounds harsh but it's true. Stupid people don't get rich and if you invest in this, you are most definitely stupid.

we have another visitor here trying to show himself as someone very intelligent, paenglish english pa (giatay)....

STUPID are those who do not appreciate the good things happening around them..they see yet they keep on entertaining negative thoughts.. STUPID they are, STUPID indeed. They are so insecure with themselves that their eyes cannot discern good deeds anymore, very suspecting kind or people...all they see are bad things. STUPID are they, indeed STUPID for they think they know, and yet they know nothing. SHUN them for they are IDIOTS.

Sa mga kritiko ni AMAN, saka na kayo magsalita ng tapos pag may nakita na kayong ndi nabayaran. Habang nakikinabang ang taong bayan, at totoong nakakatulong si AMAN, huwag muna kayo maghusga.

Lets pray AMAN will last that long.. cheers to all AMANeers.

Taga pagadian ko ug wala pa ko kadungog anyone nga nireklamo kay wala nabalik ila capital ug wala kadawat ug interest. I happened to check on the sunday edition of Philstar and when I looked at the business section I read somwhere nga ang bank deposit for the first quarter last year amounted to 7billion something but for the first quarter of this year it is now 1 trillion plus. Maybe this is just a coincidence. The return on investment is probably legit but the source of funding or income I doubt came from those who invested later but from less than legitimate transactions and that's why it is not registered with SEC. I can't tell the source coz I myself don't know much and I probably don't want to know either. Investment and prudent wise I have my reservations and I strongly advise against this but even I am not certain about my stance because what is going on down there definitely defy investment logic and whatnot. It's a gamble but I hope for good things for the sake of those who gambled.
