there were lots of compelling evidence against samsung, Apple even went as far as giving the the license to use their iphone designs! really, but samsung rejected it and a few of their senior executives emailed people to copy the iphone as close as possible! cmon samsung, you guys are better than apple, innovate with your own design

hometown decision sa jury. the product thought to be copied is american. it will destroy more jobs if the case is lost. modaug gyud kay jury is american. trial it in a neutral court in a neutral country, the story might be different.

i dont think apple has the dominance over smartphones.. samsung is the new giant overtaking nokias dominance. samsung doesnt only focused itself in one cellphone model.
