Well, yea. To say that you're not happy with the way you look is pretty much insulting God's work. There are bits about me that I'm not so fond of but I just take the good with the bad and get on with it! I'm a shorty but my husband thinks it's cute Try to stop focusing on the 'bad' things. Those people who appear better looking to you are probably insecure themselves.
