Sa mga nag "invest" diri sa Aman? Do you even know kung giunsa nila ang kwarta? Giunsa pagpatubo?
Just some sort of advise, para di mo matabla, if nakaginansya na mo, pull out your capital then inyo na lang ginansya ang ibilin. At least worse comes to worse, ginansya ra ang maapektuhan, inyong capital intact gihapon.

This is selling like hotcakes kay bago pa man but in a year's time, let's see. Always be cautious kay kwarta ra ba na.

Hello mga taga istorya.net bag-ong meimbro ako diri ug mao ni ako unang post ko. Gusto ko lang i-share ni nga istorya sa inyo.


I remember a story of a rogue investor that goes something like this.

An investor went to a small town to announce that he is going to buy a red colored stone the size of a regular sized tomato for 5 pesos a piece. The stone which is prevalent along the banks of the nearby river was immediately collected by a few who believe in the investors offer but ignored by some doubters saying "Who is this crazy guy who will buy this kind of stone which is totally worthless. Is he taking us as for a fool?

But the believers continue to collect the red stone the size of a regular tomato.

After a week, the investor return with his crews and cold cash to collect the red stones. The few believers that gathers the red stone could not believe their luck! The investor, true to his words, delivers and paid them 5 pesos each for every red stones collected and there were around 4 or 5 of them who collected the red stones and they each collected a total sum ranging from 2000 to 5000 pesos each. Not a bad idea for a few days work in a sleepy town!

And so the words spreads like wildfires and in an instant, almost every household in town were into collecting the coveted red stones and the revered investor becomes an instant celebrity praised almost like God! And every time he visits the town, he brings too much joy and fortune to the people.

Until one day, the river banks which provides the local people with much fortune, runs out of tomato sized red stones and the investor who made a new offer to buy the same red stones for 30 pesos a piece, has given a deadline to locals to deliver to him the stones within a months time!

And so the locals were on frantic search for the tomato sized stone but to no avail. No matter how much effort they made, they only found a few and far between.

And the investor, being shrewd and clever that he is, sent another set of crews incognito (minus himself, of course) and brought with them bags of red stones and selling to the locals for 20 a piece. When asked about their source of red stones, they inform the locals that they collected them in someplace in which they won't divulge the exact location. This didn't come unnoticed by the moneyed upper classes and immediately siphoned off all the available red stones. Hoping for a windfall in such a short time and less effort ignoring their intuition and letting off their guard.

For a month, the locals specially the members of the upper classes waited patiently for the investor to show up but it did not happen, leaving the locals with bags full of red stones, unfulfilled promises, lost wealth and not to mention, a bruised ego too.

So can we find any similarity in this story that we can relate to what is currently happening in Pagadian?

those who invest in this so-called "pagadian investment" like I do already know what is in store for us...we know that this is a high risk investment (it could vanish anytime)...we are all grown-ups here...anyway thanks for the info...

KOREK...grabe ug temper mga maranao nga dako marawi labaw na mga gikan kang Coco nag-invest init kaayo mga ulo...unta dili ni sila magdemand demand sa pagadian kay daghan madamay...unsaon kaha na sila pagscreen ba? kung magdemand gani na sila ipacash out sila diretso...dili sila dapat maghari hari dinha sa pagadian kay dili raba sila taga dinha...

Naa man kaha mga authorities nkapalibot kang AMAN (mga army ug pulis)? kung magpakita gani nga maghawod hawod nang mga isog nga Maranao nga dili raba taga dinha, ipa pack up sila inseguida :P

"Wait till all most of the big fish (the rich n d famous) are invested to it and let's see what happens. At this stage, I believe, we are past the initial stage of "getting to know phase" where in the small fishes are the target. The next phase will be the "hype and more hype" stage wherein some of the big fishes are already invested. And the third phase is the "mania stage" in which this is the current stage that is unfolding right now. Once this mania reaches into "fever pitch" and many of the Big Fishes are mostly in, then check mate! The original fool "who gives away his money to the people" suddenly becomes the genius!

Sadly, there are many of our poor brothers and sisters will be caught in the crossfire. That's what they call collateral damage! The rich and moneyed are the real target here!
