How do you control jealousy?

I really love my girl. .. as in love gyud nako sya. Pero dili man sayon i control nga mag selos ko usahay gud. So it often results in big fights nga totally waste of emotions lang gyud.. nasty things being exchanged.. which we say in anger and do not mean anything at all.

Is this feeling just one way? I need help.. yes i admit that. Can I control and suppress this by my myself alone?

How can girls help their guys? I am sure this is easier if the girls realize that selos is a two edged sword..

jealousy sometimes di gyud mapugnan nga mafeel . i admit majealous jud ko samot na og tan aw na klaro na kaayo ang gibuhat, usahay man gud tuyoon sad jud sa imo uyab ,mura sad og mugara usahay ba.

kay naka LDR mi sa akong uyab before, 2 year pa lang mi ato, she continued studying in her town,
I was left in Cebu. She's out of Cebu for 2 years but still ning work man among relationship
tungod kay naa ko salig sa iyaha, although wala ko salig sa iyang barkada, kay puro lalaki,
but ako lang gi-hunahuna, nga love ko niya and gi-sugot ko niya tungod kay ako
iyang gi-pili..

sa kadaghan sa iyang barkada, mag-inum pa sila, mo-uli siya kadlawn,
ako man gihapon iyang tawagan or textan inig uli niya..

8 years na mi sa akong uyab and although there are rough times, our relationship is still strong..

Anyways, my advice is that ayaw i-control imu uyab and keep busy lang sa imung
kelangan buhaton. just keep up with her when time permits, daghan na bitaw ta means of
communcation ron, and let her enjoy the things she want kay kung imu na siya controlon,
your relationship won't mature... and you won't mature..

Ako sauna kay grabe kaayo ka seloso. Hasta gd bestfriend sa akong uyab akong selosan. Pero after ko nag basa2 article sa internet, or mga advices gikan sa akong mga migo/miga.
