What a coincidence. Sec. Robredo's death resembled the fate of former president Ramon Magsaysay.
Sec. Robredo received the "Ramon Magsaysay Award for Government service in year 2000" while he was the Naga City mayor.
Quite near but they have the same fate as good public servants.

-Magsaysay was born on August 31, 1907 while Robredo died on August 18, 2012.
-They're both mechanical engineers.
-Robredo boarded the Pipe Seneca plane from Cebu heading back to Naga and crashed on the islands of Masbate shore while Magsaysay boarded the C-47 plane from Cebu heading back to Manila and crashed on Mt. Manunggal, Cebu.
-Both tragedies have only one survivor.
-They have the same purpose from heading back to their hometown: Just to meet with their family.
