there was engine failure as the reason why the plane went down with its passengers. the engine can be inspected what really happened why it failed. if found out it was purely mechanical failure then no foul play. but there are already speculations that something is fishy... it requires evidence of course so let's leave it to the forensic experts should an official investigation will be conducted.
