Ako buhat nlng kay atleast maka pa singot ko every weekend. (jog, tennis, alsa2x sa balay) fruits like (banana, apple) then as much as possible i dont drink any soda, kana sweeteneded juices, or ice team kung weekdays tubig lng...but kung weekends na a mnjud mga lakaw2x..dira rako mag inum ug kana mga soda..etc (no beer) then kina impt kay Vit C tablet ug centrum or rogin-e or any vitamins will do basta vitamins.
