A big Population with BIG resources is good.

A bIg Population density with low resources and space is a different story.

RP's land area is 115,831 sq mi (About the size of Arizona) yet our population is 92 million (census of 2010). About 18 times the population of Arizona.

If you combine the top richest countries in Europe as of today, ( Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Sweden). Philippine population would still be bigger, almost double.

Now, are these mentioned countries suffering population decline side effects, low jobpool and setbacks?
Answer: No. (Although minimal, and are least of the concern, these countries can swiftly change immigration policies to create influx of immigrant workers. Just like pressing a remote to change TV channels)

many of these countries you mentioned are now opening their countries to foreign workers ... many Filipino nurses are serving there ... giving our dollar reserves a record boost this year ...

to reduce poverty one must control graft and corruption in government ... responsible parenthood should be promoted ... not population control ... which is what the rh bill is all about ... ... the budget of 3Billion earmarked for this bill is again another opportunity to expand graft and corruption in government ...
