i heard from a friend who used to worked in this company na nag lay-off man daw ni sila about 500 employees from their Manila branch...

so now here in Cebu, mao diay dghan kaau sila available positions for hiring?!

if this is the case, i'd rather think twice or many times before joining a company like this!

well I agree with that coz I've been there. What a big waste coz its such a great set up, a great mission and vision and a name to back it up. Politics and powerplay are normal in any job. But hey, make it believable, don't make it obvious ang favoritism and coverups. Loved the job, liked the stress levels but the HR was "smart", they enforced their own will, not going over the evidence at hand. No wonder my TL who was a pioneering TL of one of the accts there left....
