Its not mentally incapacitated but rather psychologically incapacitated to perform marital obligation. Like an irresponsible father and husband, don't have job even if capable for doing so. Those who rather with friends than with family etc etc

Either one of the couple should be mentally incapacitated , silay nay bahala sabot ana hehe

dili gyud na pwede magsabot ang couple nga i annul ila kasal, otherwise the court will not grant it because will be considered as collusion of parties. Unlike divorce nga pwede magsabot.
