And what about heterosexual couples who choose not to have children? Should be pretty upsetting for you how they spit at this notion of "protection of family through marriage" of yours. We surely can't let them get away with it that easily! Wait, I got it. The gov't should monitor every newly-wed within a two-year period after they tie the knot. If they cannot produce a child within that period, their marriage is then declared null and void! "Protection of family" indeed.

As for the extinction angle (if you're planning to take that), the human race will definitely go extinct if gay couples are allowed to get married. There's some stats on this... Let me see... No, wait. Umhmm... Okay, based on my calculations, that's only true if there are only 100 million people left in the world and all of them are of the same gender.

At the moment here in the Philippines, yes. That can be changed though. Not anytime soon I suppose.
You know...whatever sugar coated bullsh!t you are reasoning here...still does not erase the fact that WE the MAJORITY is against same s@x marriage. So no matter how you try to insist...we will never bulge!! and that includes this government! So wahohohohohooo..... for you this aint happening here! So goodluck nalang ninyo!

Talk about the SAME S3X MARRIAGE and everything about it. Legalities , impacts , factors , moralities etc.

Dont talk about why HOMOSEXUALS should not exist.

These are 2 different things . If I see forumers talk about the latter , I will start muting instigators .

You know, it would actually help the discussion if you pointed out the supposed "sugar-coated bullsh** reasoning" you see in my post instead of lazily conceding since you're part of the majority.

And yes. Admittedly, I believe the majority of Filipinos today won't be receptive about legislating same-s3x marriage. It's still something worth talking about though. ^_^

If we were to allow same *** marriage then what would stop nuts into beastiality from marrying their pets?

What right then would we have to deny the recognition of marriage between incestuous partners?

What right then would we have to deny pedophiles from marrying children? On a side note it is a known fact that majority of pedophiles are homosexuals.

Where do we draw the line? This is a never ending cycle because people into beastiality, pedophilia, and incest would start demanding the same privilege. And if we deny for reasons not to all different from points raised against the recognition of homosexual marriages, we are still called bigots.

Let what is natural and most beneficial to us all be the basis of law.
