what I meant by nothing has changed for the better is with the streets of Mandaue. the presence of enforcers are not really effective if they do not do their job consistently or all the time.

claro man naay improvement. people are now enjoying the safety of numerous malls and commercial complex. at least people now have more places to go to be safe from the streets and the abusive drivers.

muerte ... i stand corrected ... there are more cars and people coming in to our Mandaue ... perhaps because of new businesses therefore more job opportunities now ... that the leadership is a whole lot more business friendly than that of the previous administration ...

the traffic controls system that the Mayor envisioned ... is presently on hold because of the pressing problems of schoolrooms, school buildings and acquisition of the lots for that purpose ... and also the drainage and cementing of roads to mitigate the flooding problem of our City ... i know that the traffic system will be pursued once these concerns will be addressed ...

gi pa nindot ang highway subangdako pero what i dont understand magguba sila sa road kay magbutang og drainage.(magayo den gubon, means more money?) why before election year

the Mayor wants the bigger culverts ... but the dpwh is putting in the same sized culverts that couldn't handle the rain runoff ...

DPWH is a national agency dli sila mo coordinate sa LGU mao na nka sayop mao nga kalas tuod ug kwarta kai bag o pa ng gani nag asphlto ang LGU gub on nila kai mag trabaho sa Drainage ug mag coordinate pa lng unta ang DPWH ug LGU dli unta ni mahitabo but sad to say ingon ani ang kalakaran sa ato gobyerno walay maayong systema.......

sukad pa na unang panahon nga dili jud mo coordinate ang dpwh ... kahinumdom ka sa issue ni nerissa ug Jonas nga ipa hunong ni Jonas ang cementing sa dalan sa ibabao kay bag.o pa gi aspalto ... ?!
