I don't know what made you say that. Gays aren't trying to infringe on those "religious liberties". What made you think so? It's
their marriage, not yours.
You marry whoever you want to marry,

just don't force others to recognize it.
It seems the word "recognize" has been used frequently on this thread. Nobody's forcing anyone to "recognize" Juan and Pedro's hypothetical gay marriage. Or do you mean they shouldn't force
the state to recognize/acknowledge their supposed marriage? Do the majority own the state now? I thought it belonged to everyone including minorities, each deserving to be heard?
Or did you mean the church? Well, in that case the church has every right not to grant Holy Matrimony to gay couples. It has its own rules written in stone and I doubt any gay movement is trying to change that.
However-
State affairs are a different matter. If anything, it's the church that's infringing on the rights of gays to marry before the state by influencing politics. (See also RH Bill)
Give me examples of laws that discriminate.
Again, it's not exactly written law (to my knowledge), but
it's illegal for gays to marry at the moment here in the Phils. Movements aimed to prolong said illegality is in itself, discrimination.
