Danilo Suarez, titled “An urgent resolution calling for an investigation in aid of legislation by the appropriate committee of the House of Representatives regarding the effect of the cancellation of the Post Ondoy and Pepeng short term infrastructure rehabilitation projects (POPSTRIP) on the flood control program of the government.”
The resolution noted that “months before the onset of the rainy season, the rpesent administration cancelled several flood control projects”

Responsibilidad jud sa gobyerno ang Flood Control duna jud unta Short ug Long term solution labi pa dha sa Metro Manila ug uban parti sa Luzon wala jud sila ni tagam sa Ondoy 2009 apan it's never too late matod pa Pnoy duna na kuno sya long term plan pag himo ug Mini Dams sa mga lugar nga nagkinahanglan jud but it will take years before na ma realize ok ra kai dli man jud na matukod ug 1 ka tuig pro ang nka pait kai wala cya nag mention ug short term solution like relocating ana mga squatters sa mga waterways ug bridge pag dredge sa Manila Bay ug mga sapa labi na Pasig ug Marikina pag dismanle ana mga Fish Pen sa Laguna de Bay etc kani unta dapat nya tutukan kai I'm sure mahitabo nsad ni ug usab dako bya au ug damage sa economy everytime nga mahitabo ni..........

we cannot put all the blame to the government because the people is also playing a big role in causing floods, its because of the undisciplined people who throws trashes everywhere that blocks the drainage system. But still the government didn't do anything about it.

Gi Cancel man gud ang Project Dredging, unya nakabayad naraba ang goberno ato ... gi cancel kay overpricing daw ... ug gi dayon lang diay unya negotiate sa price .... basta project ni GMA man gud bad ... gusto nila ilaha ang credit ....

gi cancel ang dredging kay short term ra kaayo na solution and mahala pa jud, pag mu kusug napud ang uwan, ang imu gitangtang na lupa, mu balik ra pud, so mu mabaw nasad.. if naka tan aw ka movie sa greenhills before mo start ang movies, naa ad si Gov ER Ejercito na gipakita, dili dredging, ila solution kay dike and the same time mura express way sa babaw sa dike..
before mu comment unta try to research pud kung unsa pa lain problem didto, samot na kung dili mu taga didto, dili lang mu conclude dayun tungod project na ni gloria.. hahayzz..
