good rule of thumb is:

cash transaction only when item at hand. no downpayments and online payments...

if a deal is too good to be true, it always is that, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

If the price is too good to be true then 100% ilad. Not unless mag meet up jed mo. Better try ebay.ph because they leave feedbacks for trusted sellers. U can check there accounts if legit o dli. So for online purchases, i would recommend ebay. So far wala paku mailad. But for meet ups the best jd ang istorya.net!!
