Sun broadband usb modem hardware issue

Hello! Good day everyone! I have problems with my Sun broadband usb modem regarding with unrecognized hardware.

A few days ago my sister gave me her sun broadband usb modem and she's been using it for just month in her laptop which operates in Windows 7 OS and it works perfectly fine. Now when I plug it in my computer operating in Windows XP OS I was prompted for the installation procedure and so I did, the installation went fine but after the Sun broadband graphical user interface appears my computer notify me for unrecognized hardware which are
1. Application 1 interface (com 3)
2. Application 2 interface (com4)
3. Modem interface
The device status says that the file might be corrupted or missing and re-installing the program may help which I did for several times but still got the same problem. Please do help me with this. Thanks!

ibalhin ug lain nga port dayun adto sa device manager makita nimo ang mga unrecognized nga hardware dayun e right click lng sila tagsa tagsa then "Update Driver" dalhon ka niya sa mga folder para pangitaon angdriver nga best para nila. E point lang adto sa folder sa Sun broadband sa program files, mo automatic rana siya install.

Thank you kayo moklo, pero naa ko karon sa vacation, siguro pag makauli ko sa balay e try nako ni imong advice, unta mag work siya. Pero kung sa usb port ang problema gi try naman nako siyag plug sa tanang port sakong computer kay inana pud akong huna-huna basig mag work sa laing port, pero everytime nalang jud inato lang gihapon, gi try napud ko ng e update ang driver then mag automatic siyag discover sa mga plug and play devices pero mao raman gihapon, always unresolve, ang wala palang nako na try ang e point ang search directory sa Sun broadband sa program files, hopefuly mag work na siya this time. Naa jud times nga dugay mo respond ang USB bro.. e manual nalang search sa driver.

Moklo, ako ng gi follow imong gitudlo, diba daghan mga folder sa driver na folder sun broadband? akong gi try isa-isa, kadto jud tanan available na OS folder, akong os ky winxp 32 bit, gibalhin na nako sa laing laing usb port pero wala juy nahitabo. Unless nalang siguro kung mag internet ko sakong computer using other broadband then akong e update to na driver? tan'aw nimo?

uninstall imong current sun app sa pc bai nya reinstall it balik by plugging it to another usb port.. also ig ask asa ang default folder ebutang ang SUN app... ibutang sa lain folder... e.g. If iyang default kay sa c:\program filesx86.. adto nimo esave sa c:\program files lang.
